Donations:
Voluntary Donations:
- All donations made to SLSD Charitable Trust are voluntary and final. We encourage all donors to be sure of their decision before making a donation.
- Donations, once made, cannot be canceled or refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds for Donations:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the donation date. The request will be reviewed, and if it meets our criteria, a refund will be processed.

General Terms:
- Processing Time: All refund requests will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval.
- Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued through the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
