Donations:

1. Voluntary Donations:

   • All donations made to SLSD Charitable Trust are voluntary and final. We encourage all donors to be sure of their decision before making a donation.
   • Donations, once made, cannot be canceled or refunded except in exceptional circumstances.

2. Refunds for Donations:

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the donation date. The request will be reviewed, and if it meets our criteria, a refund will be processed.

General Terms:

• Processing Time: All refund requests will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval.
• Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued through the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
• Discretion: SLSD Charitable Trust reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy or if it is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
